ELECTROPLATING & POLISH
Surface Of the bodies are ground and polished
by skilled artisans to attain perfect base
sheen. This is followed by the-state-of-the-art
electroplating plant where with every faucet
under goes chrome finish, first with the
coating of copper and then 10 micron nickle
coating, lastly .3 micron chromium planting.
QUALITY CONTROL
Faucets are put under the most rigorous tests
at each step of manufacturing which include
the pressure test, life cycle test and 450+
hours of salt spray test to ensure product
performance remains perfect throughout its
lifetime.
